We are excited to announce the launch of the new livestream AI/ML edition of the Tech Exceptions show. In this weekly LIVE streaming series, we are hosting conversations with startups disrupting the AI space. You are invited to an in-depth look at how these startups are using AI to drive innovation. We will cover range of topics from AI, Machine Learning to Deep Learning. We will expand on how they are using Azure and Microsoft Cloud technologies to drive this unique digital transformation.

Tech Exceptions is a weekly show, hosted by Cloud Advocate Ruth Yakubu. Each week Ruth will talk to top AI and machine learning founders across a range of industries, including Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Support and more, to learn how they are pushing the boundaries of innovation. You will have a front row seat to these conversations allowing you to go deep on the technology, trends and lessons that these startups are are experiencing on their path to AI disruption.

Be part of the live conversation of the Tech Exceptions show on Microsoft Learn TV by joining every week on Wednesday from 2:00-2:30pm PT. This will be an interactive show, so we invite you to post questions, learn, engage and connect with the startup leaders shaping the future of technology.

To kick off the LIVE stream series, the first episode will be a conversation with serial entrepreneur Muddu Sudhakar, CEO of Aisera, and Puru Amradkar, VP of Product and Sales Engineering who have raised over $50M in funding for their AI-Driven service management software intended to automate the resolution of customer service or service desk issues. In this session, we will discuss how the company is redefining conversational AI using unsupervised NLP, NLU and RPA to make the automated customer experience exceptional.
